Post Help me for my friends new PC

my friend wants to buy a pc with budget of 22k max including UPS, please suggest me some value for money configuration.......
he must need 17 inch CRT, he will purchase it on 6th May Tuesday, so please response quickly

17" crt ->> go for LG flatron. around 5500 bucks. i have used it for 7 years. only prob was a dead transformer 5&1/2 yrs after buying.
