Question nForce or Intel ??

Which is better to buy: an nForce-based motherboard or an intel chipset-based one (of same price) ??

p.s. - please ignore the fact that nforce mb will have integrated geforce gpu's.

intel is known for it's reliability & nforce is known for it's performance.
Also with latest nforce you can overclock without worrying
about cpu ram ratio as intel maintains a cpu ram ratio

AFAIK strangely with nforce chipsets u cant overclock as much as with intel chipsets(not mobo) though what u said is true.

yeah, intel is stable but for extreme over clocking delight it's nvidia that rules the scene.

For example old nvidia chip like 680 sli has better overclock features compared to intel p35.

Also that 680 chip supports 2 gfx cards @ 16x sli where 965 only supports crossfire @ only 4x.
