why will u need to make a wireless net setup with a desktop... it is always usefull if u have 2 -3 comps or a laptop to make a wireless setup...

anyways... u will needs a Wlan card on ur computer and a ADSL wireless modem which is available from Linksys and Dlink and Netgear...

if u have more than 1 pc then u can make a wireless network as well using a ADSL modem cum router... i use one from Netgear for past 5 months
