Different frequency DIMM on GA 945GZM S2

Greetings..,

i am wondering is it possible to use two 1 GB DIMM of 533 MHz and 667 MHz DDR2,
on motherboard GA-945GZM-S2 with
intel C2D 4500 processor.

Yes you can use two DDR2 Ram having different frequencies but your higher freq ram will run at freq of slower ram.
In your case ddr2 667mhz ram will run at 533mhz.

Works fine but no dual channel there is loss in spped

Both modules will run at 533MHz and in dual channel with no problem. But it is always advisable to match the sticks.
