Cooling Solutions Required

I am buying a 8800GT WITHIN A WEEK.
It will be used only for gaming .

1.I will be operating it on 945 GCNL mobo.IS IT FINE ?????

2.I will be using 2HDD ,1 DVD writer, 1 8800 gt.IS a 450W(crap)Quantum SMPS fine ????

3.Do I have to install more coolers since I am not interested in buying CW690(Cooler Master) Cabinet ?????

Your system seems fine i.e the setup but since u didn't mentioned What type of system casing u currently have and how many fans u have installed in it and what what specs and How? XFX 8800GT has good fan. Quantum is not such good brand of PSU's so invest in it too if u can but that too depends how's ur current one working, if its fine then no problem.

It has 2 fans ( 1 with proccy and other one)
Yeah I know about Quantum.But it is working fine till now.(with 6200 LE)

Is this 450W enough?? Or should I go for 500W OR ABOVE
Mine SMPS(and BESTEC,etc) costs around 450 bucks but same Corsair one costs 3650
I KNOW that corsair ones work well even at higher temp. but why is such a huge difference ?????

Taking the Bottom Up approach lemme answer what I can.
Corsair is a good company whose every product is of guaranteed good value. You can always tell the quality of a PSU by holding it in one hand. heavier the better albeit if the manufacturers haven't deliberately put rocks and junk in it. Corsair's PSU is costly 'cause they don't cut corners in quality of product, their capacitors are heavy duty , insulation is of good quality and Fan's sturdy too.
As far as cooling goes if ur not updating ur cabinet and don't have
an AC in the room where ur system(Passive cooling also matters) is then
I suggest u get at least 2 90mm fans installed in ur cabinet and since ur going to invest in a 8800GT card it won't hurt to get a decent 550- 650W PSU as you know these cards require more power and their successor like 9800GT, just don't ask. Moreover it never hurts to be on a safe side. BTW my mobo is also a 945G chipset based and at times proves to be a bottleneck for my 7600GT, so its gonna definitely be an ass-plugger for ur 8800GT
