Default BSOD Error Help

recently I have bought a pc with following config.
C2D 6750, Asus P5NE Sli, 2GB transcend Ram, 250GB HD, Xfx 8800GT and Pinnacle PCTV pro TV tuner.
Now I am getting the STOP 0x000000C2 or BAD_POOL_CALLER error at a blue screen. What could be the problem. I checked it on Microsoft site but I can't understand whats wrong. Please help.
I am using Latest Nvidia Forceware Drivers 174.74, I was using 169.21 earlier but same problem was taking place so I think its not relating to graphics driver.

STOP 0x000000C2 or BAD_POOL_CALLER
A kernel-mode process or driver attempted to perform an illegal memory allocation. The problem can often be traced to a bug in a driver or software. It is also occasionally caused by a failure in a hardware device. For more information, see KB265879. If you need more, click this BSOD Guide.
