laptop bricked,help needed

i've managed to brick my hp lapy while trying 2 oc the gfx card.now whenever i pwr on the lapy theres no display.it doesnt boot.only the blue lights glow.
Is there any way thru which i cud flash the lapy bios in this condition?plz help me.

...and i thought i had huge problems with my lappy...

I guess it doesn't matter whether this is still in the warranty period or not since OC voids the warranty anyway

I am not an expert in all this...just telling you what i would do.

Sugg1: Get this fixed by HP service centre rather than DIY, unless you are just tinkering with it and have another lappy/desktop for the important work.

Sugg2: HP's website has a list of part-numbers (model numbers, if you will) for the replacement parts of various laptop models. Maybe you can buy/order that from HP directly.
