connecting to internt

I want to connect to internet using youtele cable connection .What i did is
I selected
1.Create new connection wizard
2.Connect to internet
3.Set up my connection manually
4.But here "connect using a dial-up modem " and "connect using broadband (2 option) "are not active.I cannot select those two though i have to select the first option.
Help me plz

You dont need the new connection wizard. Just connect the modem and you are on. Some ISPs prvide their own login in software.

why don't u ask your service provider to setup the connection for you?

Sometimes some services dont start up for connection so try lookin 4 that . . Go thru help n support . . . Coz i had the prob with mobile conn too there was no telephony service . . . N modem settings if detect or not . .
