I have 2 ATA , 1 SATA Hdd, 2 GB DDRII,Nvidia 7300GS, 2 x DVDRW drives, Athlon x2 4200 CPU.
I'm thinking of adding another HDD for my dual boot of XP/Ubuntu and my question is, will my 600W PSU be enough to power it or should I upgrade to 650W/800W?
Is there a calculator application to accurately work out what's reccomended?

my first work pc had a 300W(maybe 350W) 4 years ago and that had a 64MB Nvidia, when I upgraded it to a 128MB it seemed to be fine , but when I added a webcam with night vision LED's on it, it started to blink dimly in time to the blue front panel case light!! That was with one ATA HDD and one CD/DVD combi drive with one plain side fan,one plain rear fan and of course the CPU fan(a very basic setup-Athlon 2500+ skt 462) so I would say a 128MB AGP card would be the most I would run on 300W PSU to avoid BSOD etc
