SPEAKER SYSTEMS - An Overview. [Budget till Enthusiast]

Hi friends,

I was browsing the forum lately and found that there wasn't sufficient information about the better speaker systems available in the market at present obviously at different price points.

We could categorize it into 2.1 and 5.1 systems because they are the one's that actually sell at large:

2.1 Systems:

Entry Level: [Below 1k] -



Budget: [1-2k] -



Medium and High end: [Above 2k] -



5.1 Systems:

P.S.- I did not mention any price points in the 5.1 systems coz gurus out here could decide better and categorize different sound systems according to their price points.

And yeah actually even I am interested in buying a very good 2.1 or atleast a decent 5.1 system under 10k (max 12k if its really worth it). Personally speaking a 10 - 12k 5.1 system would come under the medium category for me but the guruz here could better define on that. This thread could help others wanting to decide about a audio system without spending a lot of time searching about different options.

If music is your priority, Get the Audioengine AE2 (2.1) for about Rs.9000. One of the best 2.1's out there.
