Need Cabinet+PSU 4K

Please help me to chose cabinet and PSU !

I need a good cooling solution with good PSU.
Should I go for Zeb Bijli or Zeb PEACE or Coolermaster Elite 330.....
Should I go for Power Safe or VIP or Zeb Platinum PSU.....
Or suggest me something else.
My budget is 4K.

It would be better if anyone tell me the price and
name+address of Hardware Vendor in Kolkata.

I have a zebronics Peace & platinum 550 watt PSU.

Peace cabby though many would suggest but its not so good in airflow management, the big fan it has blows load of air & DUST directly on to the cpu fan & I have to clean it every months by opening the entire cabinet.

That big fan (air intake) should be in front.
If you are really looking for a good cabinet then I suggest invest more (cabinet will last more than your comp)
Antec & coolermaster have some good choices Rs 4000 to 7000/-

is the 4k budget for cabby+PSU?
then u have no other choice than peace/antibiotic
both are for 2k w/o PSU. U can get Zeb 500W platinum for 1.8k. Ive once used my platinum 500w with my friend's 7800GTX 512[needs power close to 8800GT].
Now im using it with my 7600GT oc, and it handles it well.
