Cool Harddisk Problem????

Hi i have Hp6502au laptop....

I am facing a strange issue with ma laptop...

When ever i start ma laptop(at least after 2-3hours of shutting down) there is a strange screeching sound from the harddisk area.... But after using it for 5-10minutes when i restart the laptop the sound is not there...Also the harddisk is working fine without any problems....My laptop is still in warranty but i am wondering how to make the engineer understand what the problem is(in case if the sound doesn't come out in front of him)...Is this a major issue.....
