Wanna update

Well i wanna update my system , infact want to purchase a new one , except monitor , keyboard & mouse
My budget is 15k.
Pls give me the price details in delhi, also alternatives wid the prices.....

1. Processor dual core 2Ghz
2. Ram 1-2 GB
3. HDD 160 GB
4. Graphic card (not yet decided but atleast 256mb)
5. DVD Writer (Liteon)

I know its a bit on the higher side but i feel, this is the best bang for the buck
