Default Recommend Motherboards for E2160 & E4500

Hi,

I am building 2 systems for programming (Visual Studio 2008/.NET) . No Games no videos.

Pls. recommend a low cost (non-fancy) mobo supporting:
1) Over clocking
2) Onboard Graphics
3) Dual Channel RAM
4) DVI output (optional).

I have short listed GAP35 DS3L. I would prefer ASUS/JETWAY/GIGABYTE boards.

Thx.
