Default Flashing BIOS of mobo


i got my hands on this dusty motherboard lying around, its a VIA chipset with a sticker of Phoenix BIOS on the bios, i need to flash it any tips, insights, ideas on how to do it safely so that i dont blow the mobo and also if any1 has done this 'recently' could guide me how to do it

how do i come to know which bios to download and what is the particular version of my mobo

PS: the bios has gone corrupt and therefore i need to flash it

its based on VT8235 SB, whats the NB ?
What board is it ? make model etc ????

its a msi board - ms-6787 ver:2, i know nothing beyond it

it has ms-6787 ver:2 written on it in big white
