pc crashing problem!!!!

i have 7 systems in my office.... all on lan. and in p2p connection running winxpsp2.
for the past 1 month, my pc which i use as a hub to store data...2 share among all the pcs,
seems 2 crash at anytime..... just running perfectly,,, suddenly, slows down, and then sticks.....
nothng works,,,, and then i have 2 hard boot it with the reset button......
after restart,,,when i log into the admin, the system again hangs.........dead...and then again hard boot...
then the main thing happens,,,just after the bios screen and before the winxp boot screen,,,, the system goes blank..nothing happens.....neither starts nor any activity.... again restart,,and same thing...till i switch off the pc using the power button and then restart the pc..and everything works fine..... this thing is happening around 8-10 times a weak..

y so.????

i checked the ram (2x1gb ddr2) 1 was perfect and the other had bad clusters......so i sent the other 1 4 replacement...
also checked the hdds,,and the main hdd had built bad sectors.....whihc it didnt had when i purchased ...the hdd....so i sent the hdd also 4 replacement.....
now i thought that the prob is solved,,,but again facing the same thing...... with another hdd,,and ram....
so wanted 2 know,,is it the prob with motherboard,,or the cables...of the hdd...or wot???

urgent help needed....its my server.....pals....

Try replacing the smps with a better one and also check for proper earth connection.
Also check if temperatures are overshooting.

heat is not a problem,,, i think as i have left the cabby open,,and already have an exos fan installed in the cabby...4 head dissipation...

and i have not OC the system.....

also checked by reinstalling the system...but same thing..

have 3 hdd (160x2 + 300x1) and 1 dvd -rw attached....

most of the times the pc crashes, chkdsk starts and fixes index that gets corrupted..... havent faced corrupted index in any of my other pcs... thou they have crashed many times,,,,

as soon as i start hdtune 2 check the hdd...

after a while,if i do anyother thing.... the system just hangs....
