Smile Good gaming Processor and Motherboard

Hi All,

I am planning to upgrade my processor and motherboard to new one.
I want a processor and motherboard to handle newer games. My budget is within 12000.

My current configuration
P4 2.66GHz processor
Intel D101GGC motherboard
1GB 400MHz DDR RAM
512MB 400MHz DDR RAM
XFX 7600GS 256MB PCI-E Card

I want to buy a intel processor.

I want to buy processor, motherboard and DDR2 RAM within my budget.

Motherboard should update atleast 4GB RAM so i can add more in future.

I have seen the following :
Motherboard
Intel D965RY, D965WH
XFX nForce 5601 Ultra

Thanks in Advance

E4500 =Rs 4950
buying Asus P5E (360$ in US) with that processor makes no sense at all.it makes sense with E8400 or Q6600 which are totally out of your budget. + DDR3 Ram --costs a fortune.

Can i know the individual cost of these mentioned above, so it will be clear

Abit IP35e + a C2D e4500 + 2gb ddr2 667mhz ram

Also is Abit IP35e ASUS mother board or which company is it.

Abit is Abit http://www2.abit.com.tw/page/en/moth...&fMTYPE=LGA775

Cost=5550

E4500=4950

1GB 667 Kingston/Corsair (dont think any other brand ) = 1050/1100

and
forget xfx 650i its not that good performer
gaming wont depend on ur mobo-overclocking will which Abit does pretty well

Hey homie!
Don't worry. A-Bit is a well renowned brand and is pretty famous amongst oveclockers and hardware gurus!

A-bit IP-35-E is a better option than nForce 650i.

Mate is you wanna do gaming the most natural way and want to play varied genres of games .

Then buy a Console , An Xbox 360 or even a PS2 will provide much better gameplay than a PC(of course at a much better price point)>

SLI is not for budget gamers. And instead of low end cards in sli, its more VFM to go for a high end card.
SLI of high end card won't do it for you as the rest of the system will be a bottleneck.
