How to get a Seagte HDD logic card 250GB pata

I have one Seagate hdd 250 gb PATA seagate baracuda 7200.9 variant, whose logic card has gone bad. Any one having idea how to make HDD ok. There are many hdd repair delear in Nehru place, new delhi, can any one give their name & phone no., though me from Kolkata.

Only For Max 2-3 Months And There Is No Warrnaty For Repair In India For Logic Cards
Go 4 New One I Have Also A Segate HDD 80 GB Purchase In Lasr Few Days Cost Arround 1800
