VisionTek Radeon X1300 Review

ok i got my ATi Radeon X1300 256mb about three four days ago, it is a BIG step over my old Radeon 9250! i can run Doom 3 at 1024x768 @ Ultra and it run smooth! i can run Call of Juruaz on 1024x768 all High settings(it gets choppy but its kinda playable) but odly enough it runs nfs pro street at around 6-15 fps at 1024x768 all High settings and it runs the same at 640x480 all low, and it runs call of Duty 2 on all high 1024x768 and it runs cool i would not reccomend it for Hunting Unlimited 3 though (it run perfect on all high 1024x768 6xaa 16xaf) but the com powers down after one hunt, but over all it is a very very good card i highly reccomend it

edit: hunting unlimited does work good on it the power prob was my 250watt psu

i think a 8600 at 5k is better choice.

U should rather picked a 2600XT 256MB DDR3 from local retailer for almost 4500/-

well all i have is a Standard PCi Slot and i did not want a new computer
so i got it.
