Smile Advice for future upgrade

Just 5or 4 month ago i had purchased a system in Asus p5b-mx ,c2d e4400 based with 1 gb ram and XFX geforce 8600 gt. In upcoming 5th or 6th month ie September or October ,my father may give me about 5k to 6k for upgrade .What is the max upgrade i can do with this config . I am satisfied with the graphics card ,leaving it what is the upgrade limit considering that i will keep the motherboard ie in the processor and ram field considering the spec and limit of the chipset 946GZ.

September as in sept 2008!
Don't you think it is too early to think about it!
Ok now even though, the thing u can upgrade is RAM.
1 GB is nothing! U should probably require 4 GB of RAM!!!

aree baba things are getting so fast outdated ,technology is changing faster than change in garments . I just mean to ask about my product lifecycle end and how far do you think that it can carry

you know when i decided to buy ( 1 years ago ) ram (DDR 1) ,i found that they had gon obsolete ,from then i always try to get hands on pieces when they are alive.

If it is about survival then my system is still surviving!
But in this much time period no one knows actually what might happen!
There might be a possibility that DDR3 will come at dirt cheap prices like DDR2 now!
