Information required regarding motherboard

I had a P IV (i.e. P4) machine with 2.8HT processor and original Intel 865 Motherboard.
The motherboard is no more functional and it cant be repaired.
Can someone suggest me a place in NCR (Delhi/Noida/Gurgaon) to buy a new 865/915 motherboard.

I have inquired lot of vendors but new 845/865 motherboards are not available at Nehru Place.

in that case u'll have to change proccy or get old second hand mobo.
