widescreen and integrated speaker problem

Hi Guys,
I just bought new PC with Viewsonic 19" widescreen.
The problem is whenever I try to play song it shows error like no sound device attached.
The same happens when I tries to open volume control.
But when I click on Realtek icon in systen tray then I can hear sound while testing.
Also it's not abt integrated speakers, but also with Headphones.

It also shows msgs when I plug in connector to jack.

And can you tell me how to play old games in square screen like digit autoplay?I won't mind those black bars on both sides.

Why not google it or use widescreen mods available for old games

Mine monitor also have speakers on it. though i'am not using this.
Plug in the audio cable that came with your monitor into your mobos or soundcards line out port. That should work.
Also try to re-install your sound drivers.

test using the latest audio drivers for ur device.

I plugged in audio cable thats why i can hear sound while testing...
