Full & final suggestion wanted regarding mobo

Hi guys,

I m upgrading my PC, so i want a little suggestion regarding motherboard.

I m thinking to buy AMD X2 4400+ processor, but i m confused to buy which motherboard?

I have 3 options shortlisted:
1)ASUS M2N VM DVI
2)BIOSTAR TF 7050
3)BIOSTAR TA 690 G

I want the best possible onboard graphics, as i will not be buying a GPU.
I think nvidia geforce 7050 is better than amd rs690g chipset, b'cause 7050 support's 3.0 shader model. The first 2 option's r 7050 & third option is 690g.

So guys, please say me which onboard graphics is best(I want to play all latest games). I will be thankful to u. Bye.
