Default intel 946gzis

i have intel 946gzis board. the sound driver provided with my board cd is of sigmatel audio driver. In XP, it works fine but in vista, when i install the driver software, the sound gets distorted.Without the driver software, i am not able to use microphone and the front jacks which work fine in XP. Where can i get the driver software?

Also, Does the board's graphics contain some error? because some game which run in other board(with lower configuration)with default graphics(ati radon's) dont work with my board. Is this due to some other error or do i need to update the driver or a new graphix card should be purchased(which i dont want to do now). Is there any way?

@saubrl....the only suggestion that comes to mind for ur graphics problem is to update the drivers...
@slyfox....update ur video drivers and mobo drivers....also check which version of Directx ur having and upgrade to 9.0c in XP.

^^I got the exact same mobo.

1.Sounds workd out of box on vista for me,no need to install drivers.
2.I have vista drivers for singmatel audio(The mobo's onboard audio controller),which works just fine here.
