Question Monitor problem

Hi i got a problem with my monitor. It shows the blue control panel of monitor (the panel which comes when u press menu button on monitor) and increases & decreases the brightness and contrast.
When i decrease it, it gets increased automatically and vice-versa.
The options get highlighted in cyclic order.

can anybody help me?
