Which is better AMD 690g based Mobo or nvdia 430

HI,
i plan to buy a system based on one of these chipsets. now all i want to know which one to buy...

i think since x1250 is better than 6150 so i preffered 690g based mobo.
i finalised on asus m2a-vm...but i saw some benchmarks on net and they conclude that other than gaming overall both are equivalent...
now i need some good mobo models based on nvidia's equivalent chipset...
and suggestion for any other motherboard...

also mobos having IGP as 7050...

my budget for mobo rs. 3-3.5k..

Asus M2N VM DVI is a gud mobo with 7050 nd is only some 150~200 bucks more expensive than M2A VM.
With M2A VM, ull have to stick with the bundled drivers as none of other drivers won't work with it[even one which is said to support X1200 series].
But with 6100, 6150 nd 7050, any nvidia drivers wud work due to unified drivers.
Thnx to nvidia, they rox in driver release.
I myself have M2A VM, nd is satified with its performance compared to other IGP out there.
