Please suggest the best components under 11k

1)CPU
2)MOBO
3)RAM
4)HD
5)CASE & SMPS

I have a optical drive. I m thinking to buy

AMD ATHLON 64 X2 4400+
BIOSTAR TA 690G
2 *1GB RAM 800 MHZ TRANSCEND
160 GB HD HITACHI
VIP CASE & IBALL 400W POWERSUPPLY.

Is my recommendations correct? My budget is tight. Please don't go above 11k.

Yes, i visited sticky , but they have recommended outdated things .
There r many new things available on the market, like new mobo,etc
The prices r also very old.
Therefore i posted this question.

asus m2a vm -3200+tax
amd x2 5200 - 4650+tax
hdd 160 gb sata II segate -1990+
zebronics bijli with w00 wt psu - 1550+
2*2GB Transcent 667 1700x2=3400
