Tech com Ups Problem

Hi. I recently bought a Ups from Tech com. Suddenly i observed that at times of Power cuts. My System restarts on Ups backup. This Thing doesn't happen every time but it happens frequently. Can you tell me what may be the problem?

May be a system problem

My computer->properties->advanced->start up and recovery->settings->automatically restart, remove tick mark from this

If this not works, may be a UPS problem, go for desktop properties->screensaver->power
and verify configure settings of UPS
