Second HDD is not showing in vista

Hi friends... I have recently installed vista on my 40GB HDD.I have one more Hdd (160GB).My problem is 160GB HDD is not showing in vista.How to solve this problem.

Is the HDD formatted already? does it show in device manager? does it show in the BIOS?

First check whether it is getting detected in BIOS.
Check the jumper settings for Master and Slave Configuration
Then replace the cables and check them.

Sorry for a late reply..I had exams..I have formatted the drive and it's detecting in bios also...Tomo i have one more exam.So will reply tomo..By the way it's working fine in xp.
