Need Advice on Best budjet Cabinet for pc running 22/7 without ac

hello friends
im using an old cabinet for ma pc with 2 fans and 1 onf them does not work properly. im planing on buying a new cabinet.

my hardware
1gb ram ( upgrading to 2 gb ram)
intem 915 mobo
-intel 3.0 Ghz Pentium processor
-- gettting xfx 8600GT

my pc will run 22/7 running games and applications. wat sort of cabinet should i use can u suggest budjet cabinet.

Also upgrade ur mobo+proccy if u can.. they r huge bottlenecks..
