Default need an IC

I am sorry this is not a relevent forum. But my 29" TV is not functioning properly. Local authorised service centre guys say that IC TA8857N had failed and is not available. My TV is Toshiba 2938xp. can anybody help please?

Try searching the net......though i dont think that some website wil be selling ICs
