Which RAM for Pentium D 805

I have an old Pentium D 805 on Intel D945GNT Motherboard, with 1 GB DDR2 533 Mhz RAM..
I am planning to add another GB. I have read that Pentium D 805 has 533 Mhz FSB, Can it support 667 Mhz RAM?
Can I use 667 Mhz, with my existing 533 Mhz Module?

Even if ur proc has only 533MHz FSB u can use 667MHz RAM and u can use it with d older one but not in dual channel;but d 667MHz RAM will only run at 533MHz together with d older one.If u haf 2 use dual channel, u haf 2 get 2 identical RAM modules of 667MHz RAMs.

I already have 2x 512 MB 533 Mhz Modules in Dual Channel Mode..

I am confused whether to get 2x 512 MB 667 Mhz Modules in Dual channel or 1 GB 667 Mhz Single Module..

I have also read that, 667 Mhz performs a just a little better than 533 Mhz in benchmarks.. I am thinking of getting 533 Mhz itself..

Sell off ur 2 modules. And get 2*1gb ddr2 667mhz 4 1.8k

U can use the same with 1 GB module but it will not work in Dual Channel.
For dual channel u should have identical RAM modules!
