Default rig on which 8800gt will not bottleneck !!

hi guys!!....i have decided to upgrade my pc ....i am planning to buy 8800gt.....but after buying it i may not have enough money for mobo,processor and ram of high end.....so i shall be very thankful if u guys will advice me to combo of these (mobo,processor,ram) on which my new 8800gt shouldn't be bottleneck and i will be able to utilize its full potential while keeping it on LOWEST possible budget.....intel is my preference.....

my other concern is that the mobo should have 2 pci slots and a LAN .....

thanks for reading and replying guys !!

C2D E4500;
Gigabyte GA-G33M-S2H; or its Biostar equivalent;
Transcend 2*1GB 667MHz DDR2; or 2GB 800MHz DDR2

If ur budget is tad too low, take any mobo based on intel 965 chipset
