Default modem help


hi guys i am having airtel connection with ut starcom ut-304r2 modem...i was trying to set it with netgear router...i changed some settings and now my modem stopped working...so i did a hard reboot on it ...now when i log in to the configuration page it asks for a update image provided by the ISP...i searched but was not able to find any such image...plz help guys...

isnt the modem having a reset button which u can press using something like a ballpointer pen to restore defaults?but be sure!

what will be it asking firmware stored in hdd?do u have ur modem's firmware with you?else google for some hints.
