Hi Everyone,
I want to buy a new Pen Drive of 4 or 8GB..
So which brand offers the fastest read n write capability...
n what will it cost me like?

Transcend is the most selling brand...... but i use a sony voyager per drive....it is definitely costlier but worth the price...... u may not get sony thing with ur local dealer...he wil get u the stuff if u ask him to

I got a 4 GB Kingston Data traveller for Rs.1750.
It's performance is blazing fast for the price.

Can u also tell me which is the best Laptop portable HDD in this regards...

Sir i mean which company should i go for?
n what exactly these Portable HDD'S r called?
Does this portable HDD comes with Varying Rotating speed as in simple hdd...N also do they come in IDE Sata n SATA 2 format...

The one u see in the image which I have posted is a Notebook SATA 5400 RPM 2.5" HDD with a 2.5" USB 2.0 Hard disk casing (enclosure)...

The brand of the HDD can be any thing, like SAMSUNG / SEGATE / WD or any such...

The brand of casing can be any local one like Techcom / Frontech or such

certainly there are upto 7200.10 drives for notebooks but prices are really highy so not a value for money option...

but can u provide links of Indian Retail seller other than itwares n itdepot as their s much diff in the rate dut to Dollar Ruppe Depriciation..
