Need Help regarding HDD

If i have to merge different partitions or modify the size of partitions without losing the data stored in the hdd, which software should i use??????
it should be a freeware and should do the job nicely

To be honest, if you have a valuable data, then backup fully before even u think of playing with the partition table

^^^ +1. Never trust any software regarding this issue. You can try GPartEd (Free), or partition manager/magic or magic partition.
