Question usb write protected


hello everyone .........

im using "Transcend JF v30 /2GB" flash drive.I bought it 3 months ago.
when im trying to open now it tells me to format.......

when i try to format it .....it says "This Disk is write protected"
then i tried manually by right click the disk it showsthe same message..

when i asked a friend he said that there will be a small lock present on hardware of my usb.But i cant recognise whre its present....

please give me a solution for this....
if ther is any lock please give me a screenshot of hardware......

Just log in there web-site n tell them ur problem,After verifying the desired code,they will surely help u SIMPLE!

@smslca, there's no manual/mech. lock in this pen drive.

its present on memory cards (SD/ memory stick...).

did u accidently put p/w lock (PC lock) or something... using the Transcend s/w? (JFSW)
