Talking Which procy and M/B Combo for gaming?

Which combi is good for gaming in terms of price and performance?

1 AMD X2 5600+ with 690 AMG

2 C2D 6750 with GA-G33-S2H


Please help i am in final count to buy

get a decent proccy like X2 4400+ or E4400 and a gcard.
