Default Ram Modules

I need to upgrade my ram as am having 128 mb ddr (266 Mhz) ram..i want to add more 256 mb...but the problem is my friend is having 256 mb (333 Mhz ).My question is if i install different speed of ram will it work or i will have a problem??

Yes.The RAM will run at the speed your motherboard supports.So a 333 Mhz RAM will work at 266 Mhz in your case.

yeah they are expected to work fine... and without any issue... you may use the new 333 MHz RAM along with the 266 MHz module.. as already said the new 333 MHz RAM will run as the lowest frequency running which is 266 MHz...
