Problem with the SOUND of CPU fan

Since i start the computer i feel that my CPU fan is making more noise than the normal CPU, because i don't feel that during high CPU useges it make more noise it makes continiously a constant sound ........plz tell me what i have to do for that ....................

Try to clean the fan by opening up the cabinet

their was some tips given in digit mag few months back on how to clean your CPU FAN and get rid of its sound, if you can than read that
