Exclamation Which MOBO for Core2 E4500??

Hi All

Help me in deciding the Best Mother board for CORE2 Duo E4500 2.0GHz 800MHz for my friend!

Also tell me is it okay to go for E4500 processor @ Rs.5000? Is there any other processor @ arnd Rs.6000... that is better than this??
Also Is it wise to go for RAM 800MHz or 667MHz..?? Also wat is the price of 1x1GB RAM of 800MHz...??

Thanks ... Waiting for replies!!!

yes 800 MHz will give better performance. But before buying 800 MHz RAM, make sure your motherboard support this frequency..else your RAM will underclock to lower frequency and will work at lower frequency.

Also please follow our dedicated thread mentioned by @bikdel
You are a old member..you must be aware of these.

^^

Am extremely sorry for that!

Infact my frnd who is very anxious and in urgency as he is going to buy it tomorow... made me to post!!!

Budget is max. 5000! (sorry for even forget to put the budget ))
He may buy graphics card later... if he get money!
It should @least support 800MHz RAM
The priority would be.. Feature & Brand

E6750 seems expensive... so he would prefer the same... e4500!

& What would be the price difference between 800MHz & 633MHz 1GB RAM?? Is it worth the money spent?

I can't say exactly about 800 Mhz 1 GB RAM..but 667 MHz 1 GB cost Rs. 1000/-(kingston /Transcend).

If 1 GB 800 MHz costs more than Rs. 1500/..than better buy 2X1GB 667 MHz RAM

No point getting the XFX 650i anymore coz Biostar P35 is in the same range. You'll need a graphcs card separately though.
