Question from where 2 buy sata/ide to usb

hi guys
I know that ide to usb OR sata to usb is available in nhru place for rs200-500
BUT
from where can i buy this in delhi http://tekgems.com/Products/kl-usb-sata-ide-25-35.htm

any clues guys..coz i have seen this device for the 1st time
