Default Playstation 2 not able to save game for some games

I am not able to save game for certain ps2 games alone... does anyone have this problem.

Examples

Syphon filter omega strain
bully
quakeboy is offline

Dude your MC might be corrupted,

Check out my tutorial:-

Play DivX/Xvid/MP3 on your Playstation 2.

It has a tool which'll allow you to format ur MC.
