I know there is a thread for graphic card related queries but i only see people with PCIe there. But i only have on AGP slot on my mb. So please recommend the highest nVidia and ATi AGP cards available on market with its price and system requirements like power supply etc. Thanks in advance.

There is no such thing that the thread is related to only PCIe Gfx cards.
Regarding your question i think the 7600s are the best AGP cards available.

I suggest you to go for dx10 card which is gaining popularity nowadays,
so select

1. NVidia 8600 GT or 8800 GT
2. ATI 2600XT

My suggestion is, everyone wants to enjoy gaming in high environment, so i will go for 8800GT

8800GTX is much better but the 8800GT is much much better because of its low price and high performance...

The best AGP you could get is 7900GS 256/512MB from brands like Gainward, XFX or ATI 1K series like X1950 series and HD 2600 series (directx 10 support).

Sorry, I meant there were only PCIe people at present 'cause everyone now has PCIe on their mb ie; if bought within 3 years. It came half a year later i bought mine.No one seems to talk or care about AGP and still it costs double as that of a PCIe counterpart. May be manufacturing it costs a lot.
But any way Thanks a lot guys.
