Default Problem with XFX 650i Ultra

After seeing a lot of posts suggesting XFX 650i Ultra i bought the mobo. From day one iam facing issues.First it was shutting down suddenly without any warnings while system was working or sometime during the bootup .When restarting i will get a screen saying system is in safe mode, please reset your CPU frequency in the CMOS setup. But again it will shut down before i could do any thing.I tried with a different PSU and RAM with same result.I took the mobo to Rashi Peripherals from where i bought it.They did a BIOS update after which the mobo seemed to be some what stable. Then yesterday i was trying to install a game from cd during which system got hanged. I restarted the system up on which power was coming but POST was not happening. There was no message on the monitor.I shutdown the system for 1 minute and tried booting with same result. After resetting the bios it started working. But now whenever i try restarting the system or when i shutdown and start again the POST is not happening.I have to shutdown and start again after some time for the system to work.Iam getting a CMOS checksum error default value loaded message.Iam not able to do any save in the BIOS.Please help me in resolving the problem

No i have not tried to overclock it.From yesterday night onwards it is not even booting. When i switch on ,all the fans are working and there is an LED glowing on the motherboard. But the monitor just keeps on blinking and nothing else is not happening.Even the system LEd on the Cabinet is not glowing.

Man, just get it replaced. I had to replace mine XFX 650i three times before I finally got a good n working mobo. Ist one had a bad memory slot and the next two were DOA.
