Wink dear freindzz please verify this...


i just broguht my new broadband connection....which had a speed of 256 kbps...now iam getting a speed of 30~35...is this the right speed..is there anyway to boost up my speed of internet..iam using a asinet broadband connection...namely..that i get acces only at 10pm to 8am...iin the daytime..i will get acces only to their website only..( asianet.co.in)..is there anyway to crack this..please tell me..

its about the right speed. Remember 1 Kilobyte per sec is 8 Kilobits per seconds. The speed that you were offered is 256 kbps with small b which implies it was 256 kilobits per second which is 32 Kilobytes per sec. If you are getting a speed of 35 KBps you should be happy you are getting more than what you were quoted.

ok...iam glad o know that iam aving the right speed...but is there anybody who know that how to break this..that i wanna use net on daytime too...in the same plan...

you wanna break that speed than you should think of breaking into yr broadband company premises and increase the speed from there

There is no other way.
