Computer Upgrade

My Current Config:
AMD Sampron 2500+
512 DDR Ram
ASUS K7 MoBo
Onboard Audio / Lan thing
GeForce 5200 FX 256 MB
LG 15" Monitor
80 GB HDD
Mice + Keyboard

Yea I know its a prehistoric config ...I want to sell this thing and buy a better config as this one doesnt let me play games with eyecandy stuff turned on. CnC III etc and speed sluggish with my XP SP2. [Age of Empires II Expansion takes 40 -50 secs to starts ...jessus @]

Mainly I will be using the Comp for Internet / Coding / Games [CnC III, Caeser IV, SC, AoE & NFS Series]

My Budget is like 14-20 k total so plz suggest a decent config to run all this.

If any chance of upgrading this thing will be welcome as well.

use the k/b, mouse, speakers, UPS of da older PC.
U can go for AMD 4000+ instead of 4200+ for 2.7k. Its has only a difference of 0.1Ghz. Its enuf to juice an 8600GT provided u haf enuf amount of ram.
