best mobo+pro combination for AMD???

i want to upgrade my pc, so i thought i would consult people over here before doing t hat. so guys pla advice me on best mobo+pro combination for AMD. my budget is around 6k +/- 2k. it should be less than 10k. because i want to buy ram also DDR2 667 mhz. all these should fit under 10k budget.
i want help only for mobo+pro pls.... it should have a best performance...... waiting forur reply guys.....

IIRC the HDMI card occupies the PCIe-16 slot and you cannot use a graphics card along with it.
