How to install Interneal TV Tuner Card Hardware

Hi,

Recently I bough TechCom Internal TV tuner Card for my PC. It was working fine. Later due to some problem, we formated the system. Now I tried to install Tv capture card CD. The software installed successfully. But while running it shows a error msg "No device. Install hardware correctly".

I tried by using Add hardware option in control panel. But I am not able to find, how to install hardware.

If anyone knows, Please suggest me an idea to solve this issue.

first install the drivers (should be in the CD, insert the disc when using add hardware option in control panel.)
then install the s/w, it will work fine.

first of all check if ur device is visible in 'device manager'
