Exclamation a clueless power problem

dear friends
i am having a weird power problem with the my computer
1.whenever the computer is connected to the power outlet automatically it turns on for 2-3 seconds and turn off all of a sudden.
2.and when the computer is on and running and when i play graphic intensive games the intel's hardware monitoring program is continuously alerting me that the system voltage level at +3.3v area is continuously fluctuating and going below the recommended range.

my system config is:-
Intel P-4 3.4Ghz in LGA775
Intel DG965ss micro atx mother board
2*1Gb kingston DDR2SD 667Mhz ram
psu = 450w
1PATA HDD
1PATA DVD writer
2 rear fans connected directly to the power connectors
i am not using any ext gfx only onboard gfx

i hope someone will help me soon................

make sure your power button is normal. if it is loose/tight it might turn on or off ur system. or their might be psu prob.

and as far as automatic restart while you play games or graphic intensive apps make sure ur cpu heat sink is well contact with the processor.

yup it seems like a psu prob,since ur getting a waring that voltage on the +3.3v is fluctuating.r u using onboard gfx or a gfx card?
try with a different psu,preferably with higher rating than ur present psu.
